TT Assembly Systems

Our subsidiary, Toyota Tsusho Assembly Systems is a first tier sequence supplier of wheel and tyre assemblies to Toyota Motor Manufacturing here in the UK. Purpose built to satisfy our customers' requirements, it assembles, quality checks, packs and delivers the product line-side within hours.

In addition, as with all our operations, the company's processes are constantly monitored in line with the Japanese philosophy of 'kaizen' which seeks to continuously improve all functions of our business. This has resulted in production line improvements and modifications to tyre stillage design and construction.

We also combine some basic assembly operations with our logistics functions to add value to our customers, allowing us to efficiently bring together parts from various suppliers, and allowing our customers to concentrate on their core manufacturing businesses.
