All three of the above principles are managed by a skilled and dedicated team who ensure our continued legal compliance, operate a continual programme of improvement and employee training and manage our certification for ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.

We work hard to preserve our natural surroundings by conserving energy, recycling resources and taking steps to ensure that our activities do not pollute the environment. Quality Management
The philosophies and day-to-day activities of Toyota Tsusho UK strongly reflect the principles of the Toyota Production System. Two important elements of this system for us are Standardised Work and Kaizen; these two elements form the basis of our Quality Management System which goes beyond the requirements of ISO 9001 for which we hold certification.

The management of Health and Safety within Toyota Tsusho UK is of paramount importance. The safety of our people is embedded into each and every working practice and begins with our slogan ANZEN FIRST, Anzen being the Japanese term for safety.
