As the Logistics Department we offer a number of solutions and services tailor made to meet with our customers requirements and business needs.

Being a Toyota Group Company the majority of our business is based around kanban deliveries where we pick according to customer's manifests with Kanban labels being applied for despatch.

Our inventories are managed by way of our DeltaWMS (Warehouse Management System), which is programmed in accordance with each businesses needs and enables us to use barcode scanners for increased operational accuracies.

DeltaWMS allows us to meet the just-in-time needs of our customers through real-time inventory management and increased stock location accuracy.

Through DeltaWMS’ EDI interface our customers are able to send orders directly into our order pool, we are able to create paper based put-away, and pick reports or make use of the systems task driven radio frequency barcode scanners. DeltaWMS’ flexible reporting functions allow full stock traceability, from point of receipt to point of despatch as well as allowing us to create daily stock availability reports.
