Environmental Policy

Green Metals are committed to protecting the environment and we strive to improve our services in an aim to prevent further long term damage to the planet.

In order to improve this we have a documented Environmental Management System and  we are currently working towards acheiving ISO 14001 in December 2009. This commitment is demonstrated in our environmental policy:

Green Metals UK Ltd provides a high quality resource management service to our customers.

We are committed to ensuring a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and that minimises our impact on the environment.

We will demonstrate this commitment through:

  • Minimising the environmental impact of our activities with the implementation of an environmental management system
  • Promoting health, safety and environmental awareness throughout the organisation
  • Meeting or exceeding all applicable legal requirements
    Identifying and preventing or minimising pollution within our scope of activity
  • Continually seeking ways to improve our environmental performance, using this policy as the basis upon which we set our objectives and targets.
  • We are committed to encouraging our customers, suppliers and all business associates to do the same.

This policy will be promoted to all Green Metals UK Ltd employees and contractors and made available to all interested parties.
